If you think there’s even a chance you may sell this winter or next spring, I can have my professional photographer come out while your yard is still green, the trees are full, and everything outside looks beautiful. I pay for those photos so we have them ready to use when your home hits the market.

It’s one of those little things most sellers don’t think about until there’s snow on the ground!

This is also a great time to start tackling the things that are much easier to do before you’re ready to sell: decluttering a little at a time, touching up paint, making small repairs, cleaning out closets and getting a plan together.

And please don’t feel like your house has to be “ready” before you call me. I actually love coming in early and helping you figure out what’s worth doing, what you can skip, and where your time and money will make the biggest difference.
